Privacy policy
Draft. This describes what the app stores today. It is not legal advice and needs the owner's review before anyone relies on it. Last updated 30 September 2026.
What we store
Sign-in is Google or GitHub only. From that account we keep your name, email address, and profile photo, plus a handle we assign. After you sign in we store the messages you send in a space, your direct messages, nicknames, notes, and the settings you choose, such as theme and status.
Why
That information is used to sign you in, show your name to people you chat with, and deliver the messages you send. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for ads or analytics. If you join the waitlist, we store your email address to grant access. To be removed, delete the account in Settings once you are in, or ask in the app.
Who else sees it
People in a space can read that space. People in a direct message can read that thread. Google or GitHub only handles sign-in. The app is hosted on Cloudflare. A sign-in cookie stays on your browser. Details are in the cookie policy.
Deleting your account
Settings includes Delete account. That removes your messages. Spaces you own are deleted too.
